TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERING:

  1. Phone order items may be reserved and will be held for 7 days.
  2. Advance orders may be placed for items and there is a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve these items.
  3. Canceled orders are subject to a 25% restock fee.
  4. Orders may be placed by phone, mail, fax or E-mail.
  5. Minimum order $25.

SHIPPING:

  1. We ship via UPS ground. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, & 3-Day Select are available at additional cost. Some items may be shipped Priority US Postal.
  2. Foreign orders will be shipped USPS unless otherwise requested.
  3. Shipping, handling, and insurance will be added to the final bill.
  4. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery.
  5. Personal checks must clear before shipping. Money Orders will ship within 48 hours.

RETURNS:

  1. Product guarantee: Satisfaction guaranteed. Material must be returned within 5 days in the same condition for a refund, replacement, or credit.
  2. All returns must be reported, approved, and returned within 15 days of the shipment date.
  3. When returning product, place a copy of the invoice in the package, and note the reason for the return, the Return Authorization Numner (RMA), the employee authorizing the return, and the date the return was reported and approved.
  4. Any product returned as defective or damaged must include all of the materials. Shipping damage must be reported to American Icon. Keep original packaging for shipper's inspection.
  5. Shipping cost is not included in any returns.
  6. Any product returned as defective and is not, or refused orders will be subject to restocking fees.
  7. Advance order and special sales items are not returnable. All special item sales are final.

PAYMENT:

  1. We accept Money Orders, Cashier Checks, bank transfers, personal checks, and credit card payments . Personal checks must clear before shipping.
  2. There will be a $25 service charge for NSF checks.

ADVANCE ORDERS:

  1. Advance orders must have 20% nonrefundable deposit before confirmation.
  2. Advance orders are subject to unannounced shipping delays, product cancellation, allocations and changes by suppliers.

General Note:

  1. Many of our customers take advantage of our case lot advance order service. The key to getting hot or limited product is ordering early. Often, we order 10-12 months in advance.
  2. Most of the items we sell are brand new, right out of the case. Occasionally we will have items with box dents, creases, crushed corners, etc. at special prices. The items inside will be new except for cosmetic outside damage to the container.
